Delete your FollowThru data
Delete inside the app (fastest)
- Open FollowThru and tap the settings gear on Today.
- Scroll to Account, tap Delete account and confirm.
This erases your account and everything in it: every project, Move, step, check-in, note, proof photo, milestone, chat with Momo, picture you sent, memory note and piece of feedback. It can't be undone.
Can't open the app?
Email helpme.trielephant@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my FollowThru data", from the email you signed in with (or tell us the Apple or Google account you used). We'll delete your account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What may remain
- Security and delivery logs kept by our service providers, briefly, under their own retention rules.
- Usage statistics, which never contain what you wrote.
